Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees when needed.
- Conduct initial health assessments and physical examinations.
- Dispense medicines and manage the clinic's medical supplies and inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of employees' health status and medical consultations.
- Recommend medical referrals for further treatment if necessary.
- Implement health and wellness programs, including regular health education and preventive care activities.
- Assist in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
- Ensure the company complies with health regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of employee health records.
- Provide support in basic HR functions, such as timekeeping, and other HR-related tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
