OSpace, an Exclusive Networks company, helps scale demand for born-in-the-cloud SaaS vendors, enterprise software firms and investors, by using proprietary platforms and data insights.

Due to unprecedented growth in our customised data focused programs, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic person with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and data management. Some experience would be highly valued however the most important factor is a passion for the data and a willingness to quickly learn and apply these learnings.

Working within market intelligence and data, this role will develop to deliver data programs to oSpace's growing network of tech client globally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Key responsibilities will include:

● Primarily supporting North America Teams (Early Morning. PST 3am - 11am).

● Quickly build a working knowledge of NEXTGEN oSpace internal systems through completing required courses and using systems on a frequent basis.

● Work closely with your immediate team to scope, plan and deliver solutions on time and to scope, ensuring profitability for the business by building data focused campaigns and insights.

● Assist with data extraction and reporting, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and quality are achieved.

● On reviewing the data output, work with senior team leads to determine a projects feasibility.

● Develop relationships with key stakeholders within clients and work with the relative account manager to build NEXTGEN oSpace's credibility within client accounts.

● Ensure that all work is accurately recorded and tracked in NEXTGEN oSpace's internal system.

● Continuously develop data strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

  • Higher education in data related field is highly desirable.
  • 1 year in a similar role (although recent graduates having completed an internship or project within data field will be considered).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, such as formulas, tools, data joining, data cleaning, etc., are a must.
  • Interest, passion and high aptitude for technology, especially analytics. Strong interest in the digital world.
  • Knowledge of data management tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo etc.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Accelo/Jira and experience with HubSpot preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to strengthen and build client relationships by building domain area credibility and delivering on commitments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking.
  • Must be highly motivated, reliable, well organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Wants to be part of a business that thrives on teamwork and being accountable for their own role in overall business success.
