BHotels is a boutique hospitality establishment located in Angeles City, Pampanga, designed to cater to both Business and Leisure travelers. With our intimate 24 rooms, we aim to create a warm, home-like atmosphere, where guests feel genuinely cared for. We are the classic bed and breakfast, offering two types of rooms (Queen & Twin), and a homegrown restaurant named Brunch at Agave, which offers known Western and Filipino breakfast classics. We also cater to business folks with our Conference Room area, which is designed for corporate meetings & such.

Job Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist at BHotels, you will be the face of our property. You'll greet guests, manage reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. This role is key to maintaining our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. You'll ensure smooth overnight operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and enjoys nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS)
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests
  • Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
  • Handle guest complaints or issues and escalate when necessary
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be willing to work in Graveyard Shift hours (11PM to 7AM)
