  • Maintains assigned tools & equipment for purpose of ensuring availability in safe operation condition
  • Performs wide-variety of general & semi-skilled maintenance activities
  • Prepares written materials (repair status & activity log) for the purpose of documenting activities and other information
  • Repairs furniture & building system components for the purpose of ensuring a safe working conditions.
  • Assist in the development of planned preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Responsible for facilities maintenance
  • Performs other related duties that may have assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php11,000.00 per month
