About the role

Vida Dialysis Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in Mati City, Davao Oriental. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. This is a full-time position, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall objectives of our healthcare Organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Provide compassionate and attentive nursing care to patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed
• Promote patient education and engagement in their own healthcare
• Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• With or without experience in Dialysis, as long as willing to be trained.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care
