  • Graduate of any 2-year technical/vocational course

Job Summary:

  • Facilitates Sales Order and requests documents eg. Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoice to Accounting prior to release of ordered parts.
  • Requests issuance of Billing Invoice to Accounting Department for service related transactions.
  • Issues Official Receipts/Collection receipts for payments made by the client.
  • Submits Billing or Sales Invoice , DR to respective clients to initiate payment processing.
  • Facilitates local ordering of parts stocking to Purchasing Dept based on PSSR's requirement.
  • Creates and monitors database of parts inquiries and sales.
  • Files validated service reports, itineraries and other important documents upon recording in the service report program.
