Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, patrolling, or site guarding is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to walk or patrol outdoor areas in varying weather conditions.

Technical Skills/Expertise:
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure (cables, manholes, network equipment).
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
