Customer Service Representative (Billings)

Cebu City

Night Shift, On-Site (Fixed Weekends-Off)

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our US mortgage and loan support team. The role involves assisting borrowers, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan process experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to borrower inquiries and provide clear information on loan procedures
  • Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
  • Communicate with borrowers and partners to resolve missing or incorrect details
  • Comply with US mortgage standards and company guidelines
  • Work closely with loan processors, underwriters, and external partners to advance applications
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date loan records

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a finance, loan, or mortgage account
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively under deadlines
  • Open to both college graduates and undergraduates
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang and follow a US shift schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
