Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Iloilo. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring shelf availability, and executing merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. Additional tasks include monitoring inventory levels, conducting store visits, and coordinating with store personnel to ensure timely replenishment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to brand guidelines, and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, stock replenishment, and shelf organization
• Ability to execute merchandising standards, maintain product displays, and follow brand guidelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with store teams and other stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work on-site in Iloilo and adapt to dynamic retail environments
• Experience in merchandising or retail environments is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, merchandising, or a related field is a plus
