· Responsible for the issuance and monitoring of supplies, uniforms and Fixed Assets of different departments.
· Acts as Materials and Supplies Custodian
· Ensures proper rack labeling and assignment of storage for supplies
· Checks and receives deliveries against documents
· Prepares supplies and uniforms for issuance against documents
· Prepares and endorses to Message Center supplies of departments
· Monitors inventory of supplies and notifies superior of required items for replenishment
· Adheres with security measures for stock room access
· Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area
· Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
