HR Staff

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-handling skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, HRIS preferred)
• Personal Traits: Team player, trustworthy, detail-oriented, approachable, and has strong interpersonal skills.
