Internal Control Lead at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines hold a pivotal role in ensuring robust internal controls, fostering Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) compliance, and safeguarding the integrity of our operations. Reporting directly to the Internal Control Manager, will assist in executing internal audit activities, provide crucial support across functions and segments, and actively contribute to special investigations and Speak-Up cases.

Internal Audit Support:


•Assist with internal audit planning, risk assessments, scope, and program development.


•Take charge of Site Audits from inception to conclusion, encompassing planning, execution, and reporting phases.


•Assess the adequacy and efficacy of internal controls and risk management processes.


•Review audit findings, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive resolution of identified issues.


•Ensure adherence to professional standards and company policies throughout audit activities.


•Prepare audit reports, communicate findings and recommendations to management, including discussions and negotiations.


•Provide support in preparing for Global Internal Audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with global standards.


•Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address findings resulting from Global Internal Audit, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and controls based on insights from Global Internal Audit findings.

Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) Compliance:


•Partner with diverse functions and segments to fortify RBC compliance initiatives.


•Offer guidance on ethical business practices and ensure alignment with pertinent regulations and standards.


•Conduct audits across various business activities to evaluate RBC compliance.

Special Investigations and Speak-Up Cases:


•Provide assistance in investigating alleged misconduct or irregularities reported through Speak-Up channels.


•Collaborate closely with the Ethics and Compliance team to conduct thorough investigations.


•Uphold confidentiality and impartiality during the investigation process.


•Support the implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures based on investigation outcomes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
