Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor
to join our team and lead the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities. This role is vital in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, auxiliaries, and plant facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and procurement of tools and equipment.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  .
• Licensed Engineer
  (Mechanical or Electrical).
• At least
  3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  , with
  1 year in a supervisory role
  .
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with
  maintenance management systems
  and inventory/asset reliability management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to
  safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  .
