We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to handle receiving, checking, stock management, and encoding of inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring accurate and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery receipts, purchase orders, or invoices.
  • Inspect items for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Conduct thorough checking of product quantity, description, and quality before storage.
  • Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare items for issuance, dispatch, or transfer.
  • Assist in regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
  • Encode all received, stored, and issued items into the warehouse system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare related reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse receiving, checking, or stockman work is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems or encoding.
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
