About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Utility to join our team at the SUPER CANDY CORPORATION' in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring that our workplace is well-kept and presentable. This full-time position is an integral part of our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising all assigned areas
  2. Emptying and replacing trash receptacles as needed
  3. Replenishing supplies in restrooms and other common areas
  4. Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
  5. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene
  7. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a clean, organised, and professional work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar utility or janitorial role, preferably within the Cleaning Services industry
  2. Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
  6. Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
