We are looking for a Workday Consultant (HFM module) to join our team, offering a competitive salary of 250,000, flexible work arrangements (Work From Home or Singapore office), and a stable Day Shift (09:00 am to 05:00 pm) - Monday to Friday. You'll be involved in financial system support, configuration, and reporting while collaborating with a global team.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years' experience as a Workday Consultant with hands-on project exposure.
  • 2–5 years' experience working with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Workday system and HFM module.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining financial management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for system-related problems.
  • Work closely with finance and HR teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
  • Generate and validate financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Provide user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php250,000.00 per month
