As a Marketing Generalist, you'll play a key role in managing our digital presence, growing engagement, and delivering creative campaigns that align with our brand voice and business goals. This role blends social media management, content creation, blog editing, and video production — with a strong focus on building consistent, engaging marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Handling & Community Management
- Manage the social media presence of three different companies, including 3 Facebook pages, 3 Instagram accounts, 3 LinkedIn pages, and 1 YouTube channel.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across all platforms, maintaining a consistent posting routine (including 2x weekly reels).
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and professional manner.
- Build meaningful interactions with online communities to strengthen brand connection and engagement.
Content Creation & Editing
- Create and edit high-quality content for social media, including reels, stories, and promotional clips.
- Edit and manage WordPress blogs, ensuring posts are SEO-friendly and aligned with brand messaging.
- Produce and edit video content such as VSLs (Video Sales Letters), event highlights, and marketing promos.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver compelling and creative campaigns.
Campaign Support & Analytics
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies and reporting on outcomes.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Venue Managers, and Managing Director to ensure social strategies align with broader campaigns and business objectives.
- Contribute creative input on promotions, campaigns, and new content ideas.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts (experience in accounting firms and restaurants preferred).
- Strong skills in video editing, including VSL production, reels, and short-form content.
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
- Experience managing and editing content in WordPress.
- Creative eye for visuals, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt brand voice across platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other scheduling/analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
