Software Engineer, Associate

An Associate Software Engineer supporting the Manufacturing module of the ERP system plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing features that support core production processes. This role involves close collaboration with analysts and senior developers to deliver stable, high-quality solutions that improve manufacturing processes within the ERP system.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

· Develop and maintain code to support and enhance features in the ERP Manufacturing module

· Collaborate with business analysts and senior engineers to implement solutions based on functional requirements

· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to manufacturing processes

· Analyze existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement or optimization

· Write and execute basic SQL queries to support development and issue resolution

· Learn and apply ERP-specific tools, languages, and best practices to grow technical expertise

What You Will Need:

Required Skills:

· Relevant experience in Java or any object-oriented programming (OOP) language, gained through academic coursework, internships, or entry-level roles

· Understanding of software development fundamentals and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and interpret simple queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and openness to learning complex enterprise systems

· Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in a technical environment

· Willingness to work onsite at least three days per week as part of a hybrid setup

· Openness to learning proprietary or in-house programming languages, tools, and ERP-specific technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• · Internship, academic, or work experience with ERP systems or enterprise business applications

· Exposure to manufacturing operations such as production planning, routing, materials management, or shop floor control

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

· Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Git
