Job Description – Laptop Promoter

The Laptop Promoter is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling laptop products in retail stores or event locations. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable models, and providing excellent customer service. The promoter will also maintain attractive product displays, monitor inventory, and support sales reporting and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and assist customers in selecting the right laptop.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Recommend laptop models that fit the customer's needs and budget.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding stock updates, reports, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in electronics or gadgets.
• Knowledgeable in laptop and computer specifications.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work well in a team.
