We are looking for Finance Staff who will contribute to the overall financial health of the organization by supporting various financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Ensure proper cash management such as cash handling, issuing invoices, control to cheque, receipt books, etc.
  • Receive, verify and reconcile actual expenditures in comparison to annual/ monthly budget, cash books, bank transactions and monthly statements from customers and clients
  • Prepare monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information and trends
  • Initiate monthly analysis to company's profit and loss, cash flow statements, company's assets, processing fees, and budget management
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and provide financial information

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferably in Financial Management, Management Accounting or Accountancy or with equivalent experience
  • With experience in finance, accounting, or a related role is a plus
  • Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis and Macroeconomics
  • Proficiency in general office practices and usage of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
