The Night Audit is responsible for performing end-of-day financial reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of guest folios, room charges, and daily transactions. The position also supports Front Office operations during the night shift, maintains safety and security monitoring, and provides excellent guest service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Processes invoices and prepares checkout bills

  2. Monitors and checks accounting ledger

  3. Audits financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues

  4. Posts room taxes and charges

  5. Processes discounts and vouchers

  6. Tracks room availability and occupancy

  7. Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping and front desk experience

2.Basic math and accounting skills

  1. Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and CRM software

  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  3. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

  4. Strong interpersonal skills

  5. College Graduate; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
