JOB SUMMARY

As a Production Supervisor / Chef, you will ensure that daily kitchen operations consistently meet US Military standards. You will support disciplined processes, maintain a safe and efficient food service environment, and lead a kitchen team committed to operational excellence.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure meals meet US Military requirements.
  • Monitor all kitchen stations for quality, consistency, sanitation, and portion control.
  • Enforce HACCP, food safety, and strict operational protocols.
  • Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure teamwork and accountability.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to align production with service schedules.
  • Assist with inventory management, waste monitoring, and stock rotation.
  • Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and prepare reports.
  • Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company and military SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience supervising high-volume kitchens (institutional or military catering preferred).
  • Strong ability to follow and enforce structured systems and procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen workflow.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexible, mission-driven, and able to adapt to operational demands.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel internationally for training and assignments.
  • Committed to discipline, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Can work on a shifting schedule.
