About the role

As a Merchandiser at Kings Manpower Cooperative, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal presentation and display of our products in our retail stores across Pasay City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with our retail operations team to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.

What you'll be doing

Maintain and replenish product displays following the company's visual merchandising standards Ensure products are priced correctly and shelves are well-stocked Liaise with store managers to understand their needs and requirements Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and accessibility Provide feedback on customer trends and shopping behaviours Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise in-store experiences

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail merchandising role Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store staff Creative flair and an eye for visual presentation Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Pasay City Metro Manila area
