Cook and Office Cleaner

Qualifications:

  • Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Cook:

  • Prepare and cook meals for staff (usually lunch and/or snacks), based on a pre-agreed menu.
  • Plan weekly menus in coordination with staff or management.
  • Ensure food is hygienically prepared and cooked on time.
  • Purchase groceries and cooking supplies when needed, ensuring proper budgeting.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, utensils, and equipment.
  • Properly store ingredients and cooked food.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

As an Office Cleaner:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors.
  • Dust and wipe down office furniture, desks, and fixtures.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage properly.
  • Clean and sanitize comfort rooms/toilets regularly.
  • Replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry, break room, and other common areas.
