Job Description:

  • Conducts hearing tests and audiometric evaluations to assess patients' hearing levels and ear health
  • Operates and maintains audiometric equipment, ensuring accuracy and calibration
  • Records and interprets test results under the supervision of an ENT specialist or audiologist
  • Assists in diagnosing hearing disorders and recommending appropriate interventions or follow-up tests
  • Educates patients on test procedures and provides guidance on hearing protection and care
  • Prepares and maintains accurate patient records and reports
  • Ensures proper infection control and cleanliness of testing areas and equipment
  • Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
  • Supports hearing conservation programs and periodic employee hearing screenings (for occupational health)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Medical Technology, Nursing, or related allied health course (with audiometry training or certification preferred)
  • With audiometry training and certification from a DOH-accredited institution
  • Preferably with experience in hospital or clinical audiometric testing
  • Knowledgeable in audiometric techniques, ear anatomy, and hearing protection standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle technical equipment
  • Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a healthcare team
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules and handle occupational health screenings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
