Drivetest Engineer

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform signal testing. Make sure activities are performed as scheduled. Escalate any issues encountered. Document areas not accessible due to renovations, maintenance, flooding, etc.
• Process logs. Do initial checking like making sure the route is complete, naming of logs is correct and plotting has no issue.
• Analyze root cause of call event failures, network quality, and mobile data issues.
• Create performance assessment reports which include BSC, NPS, Trend, Hotspot, Weak Areas, and Heat Maps.
• Proper handling and securing of all tests and post-processing tools provided by the client is part of the Engineer's responsibility. No tools will be used outside the client's defined activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Team Player
• Google Studio/ MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Drive test methodology
• Acuever and Nemo analyze skills
• Can do drive test activity
• Strong analytics
• BS ECE or equivalent
