Senior Software Engineer (Python, & AWS)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Backend & Data who combines expertise in data engineering with backend development to build scalable and innovative solutions. This role involves designing and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines, APIs, and backend services on AWS, while ensuring data is reliable, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI-driven applications.

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines, APIs, and backend services using Python, , and AWS.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and data engineering.

  • Proficiency in Python, , and TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Step Functions, SNS/SQS).

  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and pipeline design.

  • Experience in RESTful API development, microservices, and serverless architectures.

  • Database expertise in both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).

  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS Lake Formation or AWS DataZone.

  • Event-driven architecture and hybrid integration.

  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and real-time analytics.
