About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Crew to join our growing team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' in Ramos, Tarlac. As a full-time Store Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our bakery store.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner
• Stocking and maintaining the display of bakery products to ensure an appealing and well-organised store environment
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keeping the store clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
• Assisting with food preparation and packaging as needed
• Collaborating with the team to provide a cohesive and seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or food service role, preferably in the bakery or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine passion for the bakery industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our business
