Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids for low voltage products (e.g., circuit breakers, panelboards, switchboards, distribution boards, enclosures).

Coordinate pricing support requests with internal pricing teams and product managers to ensure competitive and accurate quotations.

Handle RFQs (Request for Quotes), track bid statuses, and ensure timely submissions and updates.

Manage and organize offer documentation, compliance forms, certifications, and other necessary documentation as required by customers.

Liaise with application engineers to confirm specifications and configurations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Support order entry processes, ensuring product availability and smooth coordination with relevant departments.

Maintain comprehensive records of quotations, and support data analysis for sales forecasting and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, quotations, or technical support related to electrical products.

Strong knowledge or interest in low voltage systems and components.

Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP,

Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
