About the role

A System International Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual interactions. Based in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu, this position offers the flexibility of remote work.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Gathering and documenting customer information to provide effective solutions
  4. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  6. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to enhance the customer experience

  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
