Outpost is a chain of hostels in Palawan. We are a fast growing company that is looking for

bright and energetic people to join our team.

Our El Nido branch is looking for bartenders and front of house staff to join our team We're

looking forward to meeting you

For those who are not in El Nido, we will ask you to join us on a video interview. All individuals

hired will be offered a one year contract to start.

Job Description

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly bar, lounge, and beach area

  • Greeting guests in a warm and genuine manner an remembering names

  • Prepping the bar and making drinks

  • Promoting the hostel's amenities, events, and activities

  • Interacting with guests and answering questions they may have and CREATING

ATMOSPHERE.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English

  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task through short rushes

  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and fellow members of staff- Previous experience and/or a college degree is preferred but not required

  • A willingness to learn

  • Able to work in a team oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php13,000.00 per month
