Sales Lady (Power Tools and Equipment)

Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our team. As a Sales Lady specializing in power tools and equipment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find the right tools and equipment for their needs. Your experience and understanding of power tools will be essential in assisting customers and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

  • Assist customers in finding power tools and equipment, providing expert advice and recommendations.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our product inventory, including specifications, applications, and pricing.

  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of power tools and equipment to customers.

  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are attractively displayed.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. - Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions in the power tools and equipment industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the power tools and equipment industry but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
