The Supplier PEC Analyst will have the overall responsibility of ensuring supplier alignment with global product environmental compliance (PEC) requirements through proactive engagement, data validation, and strategic communication. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving timely and accurate PEC documentation, supporting regulatory readiness, and optimizing supplier compliance workflows.
About the job:
- Leads supplier communication to obtain required environmental compliance data
- Ensure supplier-provided materials and components meet environmental compliance requirements
- Review and validate the PEC documentation provided by suppliers 20%
- Guide suppliers on documentation requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with PEC Analyst to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and customer-specific requirements, including materials with special conditions or exceptions.
- Generate compliance reports for internal stakeholders.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product environmental compliance, supplier quality, or materials management
- Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, CaProp65, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret regulatory standards and apply them to supplier documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications, Visual Basic, and Power BI is an advantage
