Position Overview:

As our Company Doctor, you will ensure our workforce remains healthy and our operations fully comply with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). Your role is critical in safeguarding employee wellbeing while maintaining accurate medical records and reports required by law.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Employee Health Management & Medical Oversight

  • Provide basic medical consultations and physical exams for employees, addressing work-related and minor general health concerns.
  • Oversee confidential medical records and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Officer to assess potential health hazards.
  • Assist in incident investigations involving injuries/illnesses and provide medical input for corrective actions.
  • Promote preventive health measures/programs.
  • Minimal administrative tasks; focus on compliance and employee care.

2.     DOLE Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of DOLE-required health-related reports (e.g., WAIR, AMR) and maintain an organized recording system.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standard
  • Conduct fit-to-work examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work) aligned with DOLE guidelines.
  • Advise management on compliance updates related to occupational health laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Medical Doctor/Physician with active PRC license.
  • Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) or related training is a plus
  • Knowledge of DOLE OSHS requirements, including medical report submissions and workplace health surveillance.
  • No strict experience requirement; open to newly licensed physicians
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—able to simplify medical advice for non-experts.

Assignment Area: Pasig City

Work Set-Up: 2 days/week), 3-hour shifts (Flexible)

Rate: P500 – P800 per hour (varies on experience)
