Position: Collection Associate

Location: Wheeltek-Vigan Branch

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle collection of customer accounts and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of collection reports.
  • Support branch operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Male applicant, 24 to 35 years old.
  • Graduate of any business-related course (or at least 2 years in college).
  • With or without related work experience.
  • Holder of a Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License.
  • Must be detail-oriented, honest, and reliable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be trained and work onsite at Wheeltek-Vigan branch.
