SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition and healthcare.

Job description and minimum qualifications:

  1. SAP TEAM LEADER (National)

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • Work Experience: At least 3–5 years of SAP functional experience, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or poultry operations

  • Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Job Description:

The SAP Analyst Team Leader – Hatchery is responsible for leading the SAP support and analytics team for hatchery operations. This role ensures effective SAP system utilization, accurate data reporting, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement aligned with hatchery production, inventory, and logistics requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and supervise SAP Analysts assigned to hatchery operations
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution
  • SAP System Support & Management
  • Ensure SAP transactions accurately reflect hatchery activities such as egg setting, incubation, hatching, chick inventory, and dispatch
  • Analyze current hatchery workflows and recommend SAP-driven process improvements
  • Support SAP enhancements, configuration changes, and system upgrades related to hatchery operations
  • Ensure alignment of SAP processes with company policies and operational standards
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate and validate operational reports (production yield, hatch rate, mortality, inventory accuracy, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP
  • Provide insights and dashboards to management for decision-making
  • Ensure SAP usage complies with internal controls, audit requirements, and data security policies
  • Support documentation of SAP processes, SOPs, and system controls
  • Willing to travel
