Position: Site Selection Manager (Chain of Restaurant)

Location: Philippines (Metro Manila and other key cities)

Reports To: Operations Director / CEO

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis

◦ Study demographics, foot traffic, consumer spending power, and trade areas.

◦ Collect competitor store information and assess strengths/weaknesses.

2. Site Selection & Evaluation

◦ Identify and assess potential store sites based on company expansion plans.

◦ Conduct traffic counts, surrounding tenant analysis, rental and property assessment.

◦ Submit detailed site reports and feasibility studies.

3. Business Negotiation & Execution

◦ Negotiate lease terms with landlords, developers, and mall operators.

◦ Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

◦ Work closely with operations, marketing, and construction teams to ensure successful store opening.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Administration.


• At least 5 years' experience in site selection, retail expansion, or F&B development.


• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila trade areas / malls / high-traffic zones; existing network is a plus.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills.


• Proficiency in English (Tagalog is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits:


• Monthly Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱120,000 (negotiable based on experience)
