Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
AI Technical Architect (Manager Expert)
with deep expertise in
Generative AI
, solution architecture, and enterprise application development. This is a
hands-on technical leadership role
focused on
leading projects and architecture decisions
, not people management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, production-ready AI-driven solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, and guiding development teams to successful delivery while adhering to industry standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business and client requirements into functional and technical architecture designs
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and production-ready AI-driven solutions
  • Lead architecture decisions and guide development teams through the full project lifecycle
  • Conduct in-depth code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
  • Develop and oversee both front-end and back-end components with testing and standards in place
  • Analyze end-to-end business and technical requirements
  • Plan solution architecture, provide estimates, and contribute to technical proposals
  • Ensure alignment with agreed architecture, infrastructure, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to governance and stakeholder teams
  • Support SLA compliance across incident, problem, service request, and change management
  • Mentor junior team members in business analysis and architectural design

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • 10+ years
    of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years
    in technical or solution architecture roles
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    Generative AI model architecture design and implementation
  • Proven experience
    productionizing AI-driven solutions
  • Strong background in
    web technologies
    and
    enterprise-grade application design and integration
  • Demonstrated leadership in
    AI/ML and Data Science projects
  • Solid understanding of
    Agile, DevOps, and MLOps
    practices
  • Strong programming expertise in:
  • Python
  • TypeScript
  • React (TypeScript)
  • Shell scripting
  • SQL, relational and NoSQL databases
  • Proven experience
    leading technical projects
    (not people management)
  • Willingness to work
    onsite in Taguig
    on a
    mid to night shift schedule
  • Open to local and international candidates (work visa and relocation support provided)
  • Must
    not
    be currently or formerly employed by the client
  • Must
    not
    have an active or recent application with the client
