Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to ensure clients achieve their goals and have a positive experience with our products/services. This role is ideal for someone proactive, communicative, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • To conduct introduction meeting with prospect clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support on products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.
  • Track client metrics and prepare reports on success outcomes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in client success, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools or client tracking software.
