Position Overview:
The Roving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites or departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining productivity, and supporting staff performance. In addition to supervisory functions, this role performs clerical and administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, scheduling, and assisting in office management. The position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational supervision with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory Duties:
- Monitor and oversee staff performance across assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Address operational concerns, resolve minor conflicts, and escalate major issues when necessary.
- Conduct site visits and spot checks to evaluate service quality and employee efficiency.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Prepare incident and performance reports for management review.
Clerical & Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, schedules, and daily reports.
- Assist in preparing operational and administrative reports.
- Manage filing systems, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support HR functions such as leave monitoring, performance tracking, and basic employee coordination.
- Handle inventory of supplies and submit requisition requests as needed.
- Assist management in planning, organizing, and coordinating company programs or activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- At least 1 year of experience in supervisory, administrative, or clerical roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel or move between sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Pay: Php20, Php25,070.00 per month
