Boombam printing, a fast-growing Australian-owned branding and print company, is looking for a Full-Time Web Designer & Developer based in Manila to join our team.

This role will commence remotely, with the opportunity to transition into our Manila office as we continue to expand. If you are passionate about web design, development, and SEO—and want to grow with an international company—this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As our Web Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimising websites for BoomBam Branding Solutions and our clients. You will play a key role in improving online presence, user experience, and search engine performance, while working closely with our design, marketing, and leadership teams in Australia.

This is a long-term position with career progression, including the opportunity to lead our web and SEO initiatives as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities & Duties
Web Design & Development
  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using modern design and development best practices
  • Create visually engaging layouts that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Build, update, and maintain websites (primarily WordPress or similar CMS platforms)
  • Ensure websites are fast, secure, mobile-optimised, and scalable
SEO & Performance Optimisation
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including metadata, headings, internal linking, and keyword optimisation
  • Improve website performance, page speed, and technical SEO health
  • Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with marketing to support organic growth strategies
Ongoing Maintenance & Improvements
  • Regularly update website content, plugins, and themes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or bugs
  • Ensure best practices for security, backups, and uptime
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and management teams
  • Provide ideas and recommendations for improving user experience and conversions
  • Support future website projects, landing pages, and digital campaigns
  • Grow into a leadership role as our web and digital team expands

What We're Looking For
  • A talented web designer & developer currently based in Manila
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and development skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (or similar technologies)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to transition to an in-office role in the future
