Job Summary

The Treasury Assistant 2 is responsible for the daily operations & control compliance of the Business Center Services like foreign exchange, money remittances and bills payment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of courses with emphasis on Business, Administration, Banking, or Finance
  • 1 year relevant experience on cash handling from retail establishments or bank industry is an advantage
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Willing to undergo training at WM Baliuag. Will be assigned permanently at WM San Rafael once it becomes operational.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the activity of the cashiers in the business services such as foreign exchange, money remittance and bills payment
  • Ensures that all policies and procedures in the Business Center Operations are being implemented.
  • Supports front end operations in handling sales exceptions and implementing control standards.
  • Ensures that revolving funds are intact and accounted daily.
  • Ensures that the fund movement documentations are in accordance to the set standards
  • Ensures all the issues in BCO are being reported and addressed immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
