Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP BRIM Consultant based in Metro Manila, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The role involves implementing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions, analyzing client requirements to design and customize processes, and providing technical expertise to ensure end-to-end billing and revenue system efficiency. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, documenting business processes, conducting user training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP BRIM modules, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounts (FICA)
  • Experience in business process analysis, system configuration, and SAP solution design
  • Skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and providing end-user support
  • Strong understanding of billing, revenue management, and subscription models
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant SAP certifications and experience in hybrid working environments are a plus
