About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Officer to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our store located at SM Megamall - Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Branch Officer, you will be responsible for managing the store's daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative retail organization, KC Wonderland Corp. (World of Fun), and contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

What you'll be doing:

1. Participates in the generation and implementation of store design improvements and other in-store marketing tools

  1. Ensures the cleanliness and attractiveness of display booths. 3. Ensure that all inventories are properly accounted for.
  2. Implement safety and health protocols in the Establishment

What we're looking for

  1. Graduate of any four (4)  year course
  2. Can relate well with all kinds of people and with good leadership ability
  3. Experience in a fast-food chain is an advantage  but not required.
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  5. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  6. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  7. Demonstrated success in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
