Urgent Steward

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Steward (Utility/Dishwasher) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes, and supporting kitchen operations. Male candidates are preferred due to the physical demands of the role and team accommodation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly
• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with general duties as needed
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long hours standing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or steward is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
