Dispatching Supervisor

Job Description:

• Plans, coordinates, directs and accomplish the activities of loading and dispatching process.
• Responsible for the efficient and faster scanning, loading and dispatching of products.
• Prepares for the bi-monthly schedule of issuers and approves any adjustment with regards to their work schedule.
• Communicate performance metrics for on time loading and deliveries and other dispatching process on a daily basis.
• Ensures the accuracy of items and quantity of products and maximize truck or fleet capacity.
• Coordinates major incidents in dispatching/loading area to ensure that proper notifications are made; assists in call handling if necessary and coordinates with his immediate superior.
• Explain and help issuer/dispatcher understand dispatch responsibilities, priorities and procedures
• Monitors performances, issues and concerns; discuss notable performance or concerns with the Outbound Sr Supervisor/ Outbound Logistics Manager.
• Prepares for the bi-monthly schedule of issuers and approves any adjustment with regards to their work schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. College Graduate
2. Minimum 1 year experience in dispatching work.
3. Computer Literate
