Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain optimized, testable, and efficient iOS applications using Swift.
  • Ensure applications deliver intuitive and polished user experiences based on provided UI/UX designs and guidelines.
  • Integrate APIs—including payment gateways—into the mobile application.
  • Build features involving WebSocket communication, Google Maps SDK integration, real-time location tracking, and push notifications.
  • Collaborate in defining functional requirements, assisting with estimates, and conducting initial requirement analysis.
  • Implement enhancements, propose improvements, and contribute to overall code quality.
  • Perform unit and integration testing; diagnose and fix bugs.
  • Prepare and maintain required technical documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, project managers, testers, and the Scrum Master.
  • Adhere to project methodologies and promote best development practices.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting applications to the App Store.
Qualifications & Requirements — MUST HAVE
  • Swift Development: 3–5 years of hands-on experience building native iOS applications using Swift.
  • iOS SDK Expertise: Proficiency with key iOS frameworks such as UIKit, MapKit, Foundation, and Core Location.
  • Xcode: Advanced experience with the Xcode IDE, including debugging and performance tuning.
  • Architecture Patterns: Practical experience implementing MVC, MVP, MVVM, or VIPER architectures.
  • API Integration: Strong knowledge of URLSession, Alamofire, and REST API consumption.
  • Real-Time Communication: Experience working with WebSockets and real-time data synchronization.
  • Location Services: Skilled in Core Location, MapKit, GPS tracking, geocoding, and managing location permissions.
  • Push Notifications: Experience with APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
  • Data Persistence: Knowledge of Core Data, Realm, SQLite, UserDefaults, or similar persistence solutions.
  • Google Maps SDK for iOS: Hands-on experience integrating Google Maps SDK.
  • Payment Integrations: Experience with third-party payment frameworks and SDKs.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and branching strategies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the App Store submission and review process
  • Familiarity with social media SDK integrations
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) experience
