We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Medical Account)

Onsite | Night Shift | Competitive Salary

Are you a seasoned CSR professional with a passion for healthcare and helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a leading Healthcare/Medical Account.

Role Overview:

As a CSR expert, you'll be the frontline of patient and provider support—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Willing and able to work onsite during night shift hours
  • Minimum of 2 years CSR experience, must be in healthcare or medical-related accounts, and must have CLAIMS PROCESSING EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
  • Open to a salary range of ₱25,000 to ₱33,000

Application Question(s):

  • Do you have at least 2 years of experience in BPO/Customer Service, specifically handling a Healthcare or Medical account?
  • Do you have an experience handling collections, claims processing or revenue cycle management?
  • Do you have experience in handling inquiries via inbound, outbound calls, emails and chats?
  • Are you proficient in HubSpot or similar any CRM/ticketing tools?
  • Do you have an experience working with different third party payors such as Medicaid, Veterans Affair, Medicare and etc.?
  • This role requires working onsite at St. Francis Square, Ortigas, Pasig City. Are you able to commit with this setup?
  • Are you available to start anytime this month of November?
