About the role

As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth delivery of technology solutions to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance
  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify and address their technology needs, proposing and implementing innovative solutions
  • Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend strategies to maintain the company's competitive edge

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT supervisory or management role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a team of IT professionals
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices, including network management, server administration, and data security
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
