Carpenter

We are seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter with a strong background in furniture construction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about woodworking and possess a deep understanding of joinery, materials, and finishing techniques. This is a full-time position that requires a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to build custom furniture pieces.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, veneer, and other materials with precision.
• Perform sanding, staining, painting, and other finishing tasks to achieve a high-quality final product.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve construction challenges as they arise.
• Ensure all work meets our quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
